This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our webshop.

Article 2 – Processing Time
After an order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may take slightly longer.
Processing time includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparing for shipment.
Article 3 – Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the average delivery time is 8–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- destination
- customs processing
- handling by local carrier
- busy periods or unforeseen circumstances
Article 4 – Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders.
- Shipping is 100% free
- There is no minimum order value
- No shipping costs will be charged at checkout
Please note: free shipping does not include any import duties or customs fees that may be charged by local authorities upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders within the EU are generally exempt from import duties.
Article 5 – Shipping Method & Shipment
To offer fair pricing, we consolidate packages and ship orders in bulk once minimum shipping volumes are reached.
All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia and handed over to international carriers for delivery to your address.
Where possible, you will receive a shipping confirmation after dispatch.
Article 6 – Placing an Order
The ordering process is simple:

- Click on "Add to cart".
- Proceed to checkout and enter your correct shipping and contact details.
- Carefully check your details before proceeding.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all provided shipping details are accurate and complete.
